Our Clients

RueOne’s investors include a highly selective group of family offices, institutions, and strategic investors. Our clients value RueOne’s team, track record, strategic connectivity and access to high quality and thoroughly vetted investment opportunities. Furthermore, the fees we charge our investors compare favorably to more traditional VC/PE fund vehicles and we offer greater transparency and control. RueOne supplements the traditional fund structure and allows our investors to participate in individual venture capital and private equity transactions with the benefit of our sourcing, structuring, due diligence, domain expertise, and professional management.

Family Offices

Family offices are looking to increase their exposure to direct investments, but all but the largest families lack access to the best transactions. Our family office clients value our ability to source attractive investment opportunities and augment their execution resources with our extensive investment, operational and technical team. Along with being a patient source of capital, many of our family office clients have a background in finance, insurance and real estate and look to bring value to their investments through their networks and overlap with their current portfolios.

Institutional Investors

Our institutional clients use RueOne as a strategic resource to keep informed on earlier stage companies. They typically look to make passive co-investments in our larger and later stage opportunities.

Strategic Investors

Our strategic investors bring not just capital to the table, but also value-added services to help companies scale beyond what their internal team might be capable of doing. This can take a number of forms but can include access to a larger market, additional customers, and/or increase in distribution. Examples of strategic investors include international banks, insurance companies, financial services companies, and real estate holding companies.
